Workshop 2

This exercise is to teach manual focusing. I kind of had trouble with this one...These pictures are from my 3rd go at it. A...I am not happy with any of my available surface areas as back drops and lighting was never stable (darn weather)...B...the manual focusing part I really can't see much of a difference...and I am a bit confused with how far from the object my lens needed to be. I hope to square away these questions and maybe try it one more time. But for now this is what I have...

Workshop 1

Learning to use the timer...first exercise was to throw snow in the air...well now that it is warmer out the snow is sticky so instead of loose snow we threw snowballs, lol. The 2nd Exercise was to use the timer to 'run' thru the frame. Sorry Hope...not much room in my hard to run so this is the best I could get at this time, lol.

Maternity Photos

Well I haven't had a chance yet to work more on my workshop photos...will try again tomorrow. But last night I had the opportunity to try some maternity photos with my cousin and his girlfriend. She was due on the 18th so we were definitely pushing it...and really lucky because I guess her water broke an hour after I left their place. They are the proud new parents of a baby boy! He was born today and I can't wait to go meet him!
